When you join the Scheme, you should complete an Expression of Wish to say how you would like the pension and lump sums payable under the Rules to be divided in the event of your death. No such expression of wishes shall be binding on the Trustee, but the Trustee will carefully consider your wishes and will take you circumstances into account.
If you are separated, divorced or your personal circumstances change you might wish to complete a new expression of wish. Please contact your HR department for a new form and take care to ensure it is completed accurately and that it is signed and dated.
